Neuron Flowpoint Co., Ltd. was established in 2015 to help northern Thailand traders close import-export periods with clear visual reports—without asking operations teams to become full-time analysts.
Official name and origin
The registered business name is Neuron Flowpoint Co., Ltd. We opened on Tha Pae Road in Chiang Mai in 2015 after several years preparing shipment summaries for local dry-goods and handicraft exporters who needed cleaner packs for Bangkok agents and lenders.
Early work focused on monthly ledger roll-ups and HS-code concentration notes. As clients asked for landed-cost views and sister-lane comparisons, the desk grew into structured engagements: period reporting, focused reviews, facilitated briefings, and retainers.
Today we still keep the practice small. A named practitioner owns each engagement from intake through briefing, and files stay under Thai data-handling expectations described in our privacy notice.
How we work with clients
We prefer concrete documents over interviews alone. Shipment ledgers, customs extracts, and freight invoices ground every chart. Commentary explains variance; it does not invent narrative where the files are silent.
Briefings are short and decision-oriented. Recipients receive a read-ahead when the draft is ready, so the live session can settle actions rather than introduce the pack for the first time.
We do not file customs entries, book freight, or replace your accountant. Our place is the reporting layer between operations and the managers who must decide next period’s lanes and suppliers.
