Acceptance

By browsing this site or commissioning an engagement, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

Services described

Pages on this site describe import-export reporting, landed-cost reviews, trade lane briefings, and related professional work. Descriptions are informational. A binding scope appears only in a written engagement outline accepted by both parties.

Intellectual property

Site content, visual design, and our report templates remain the property of Neuron Flowpoint Co., Ltd. Delivered report packs become available for your internal business use under the engagement outline. You may not resell our templates or republish site content without written consent.

Client materials

You warrant that files you supply for reporting are lawfully held and that you may share them with us for the engagement. You remain responsible for the accuracy of source documents.

Liability

Our work supports managerial decisions; it does not replace customs brokerage, legal advice, or statutory accounting. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Neuron Flowpoint Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on report packs. Aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

No online payments

This site does not process payments or checkout. Fees are arranged offline according to the accepted outline.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
